Hello Heroes!
Just a fast update to let you all know that we received the pre-production copy and have approved it. Born to Serve is now in line for production which should be happening in the next two weeks which means we are on schedule. Below is a full unboxing video for your viewing pleasure. Production Update, Pre-Orders Open and the Return of Junkyard Dog?

Hello Again Heroes!
We have been very busy since Born to Serve ended its run and now have in our possession the white box version of the game. For those that may not know, the white version contains all of the parts that will be in the game, but with no printing or any of the art on them. It's basically a check of the component quality and to make sure that everything that needs to be there is there. The good news is that everything is in order and we are ready to go to print!

As we all know, we fell only about $200 short of reaching the $7000 goal that would have unlocked bonus hero Junkyard Dog. As I was setting up the BackerKit surveys I realized that we would be taking pre-orders and that was another way for us to reach that goal pretty easily. So, if we get at least $200 of preorders everyone will be receiving Junkyard Dog and his hero selection card along with the Pastry Chef that we have already promised you! We have just opened up pre-orders and you can help us make this goal by sharing the link at the usual social media places. Heroes,
We wanted to send you all a brief note to thank you all for your incredible effort in getting Born to Serve funded. Besides the obvious backing of the project, we saw many posts, comments and shares spread over the various social media platforms.
We also wanted to let you all know what is next. Right now the funds are being processed and after that is complete we will be able to get the money to the printers to get the game printed. All of the art and the files needed for the printer are done.
As the production process advances I will be sending out updates to keep you all in the loop. Again, we want to thank you all for your amazing support.

Final 12 Hours - GUARANTEED BONUS CHARACTER!

Heroes,
We are just 12 hours away from finishing our shift and making Born to Serve a reality. Thank you all! For those of you that have not backed our campaigns before you may not know that Nick and I always give some kind of bonus to our backers that will not be in the retail version of the game the campaign was for. For example, for Bigfoot vs. Yeti we gave a bonus set of cards featuring Jackalopes and for Pinball Showdown we added a turn tracker with a vintage arcade token for backers. Born to Serve will be no exception.
Since it seems unlikely we will make it to the $9000 stretch goal, we have decided to unlock that even if it is not achieved. So, all Born to Serve backers will be receiving a bonus staff member the Pastry Chef along with her token!

This still leaves Junkyard Dog unlockable at just $7000. We are only around $600 from unlocking Junkyard Dog too! So please share the Born to Serve campaign wherever appropriate today. Not only does doing this increase the chance that someone who sees it may back, it also raises the campaign's profile here on Kickstarter and on Kicktraq and other similar websites.
The final orders have left the kitchen, the chairs are being turned up, and the heroes are almost ready to hang up their capes and aprons for the night, but the final push is happening now! Let's do this heroes!

The Final Days Approach!

Greetings Heroes!
We are about to enter our final three days of the Born to Serve campaign. Thanks to all of you we are already funded and on our way to at least one stretch goal, hopefully even more. The last few days of a campaign typically means a substantial increase in activity for a number of reasons. The biggest of these reasons is that when we hit the 48 hour mark an email goes out to the people that asked to be reminded before the campaign ends. Please be sure to mention Born to Serve to anyone it may be of interest to whether being tabletop gamers or even superhero fans.
A couple of new things I wanted to share with you all.
The Inquisitive Meeple interviewed Diane all about Born to Serve, comic books and there campaign. That can be read HERE.
